The earth is an ancient and powerful provider; green, lush, and rich with a diversity of plants.

Living close to our source of food can provide us with a wealth of benefits. Plants have long been used to heal-whether in rituals, teas, elixirs, or even as objects of remembrance; they are invaluable when used in self-care.

From starting seeds in February, through harvesting and preserving, I’m thrilled to share my holistic experience, my curiosities, and my expertise honed as a biologist, gardener, kitchen queen and herbalist.
