Botanical wisdom, garden alchemy and earth-based energies are all essential elements of the earth-based wisdom that is a touchstone for exploring the self. This journey of discovery becomes an art, as healing and transformation results.

I am an artist, depth coach, teacher, and leader. I provide individual coaching, guide online courses, and facilitate women’s circles. My work seeks to strengthen the connection to self through creativity and nature.
